Louisville Metro Councilman James Peden (District 23) will take part in the Annual Highview Holiday Fest Friday, December 12, 2008. The event will be held at the Central Government Center & Highview Park (located at7201 Outer Loop ) from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Persons attending the event will be treated to free carriage rides starting at 6:30 p.m., caroling, musical entertainment, a visit from Santa Claus, as well as free refreshments.

The Highview Holiday Fest will serve as an opportunity for area residents to get to know some of the many businesses in their neighborhoods and will allow the businesses of “downtown” Highview to highlight their small town feel.
